Insurance and Financial Services Agent (New) at Farmers Insurance-Jorge Madero, Brownsville, TX
Due to our aggressive growth, Farmers Insurance Group is opening a new agent training facility in McAllen, Texas to better serve and train our agencies or new branches in the Rio Grande Valley. You will Develop your sales skills, build your marketing pipelines and participate in ongoing training while you lay the foundation of your own small business. Small business ownership can be overwhelming, which is why Farmers has developed this innovative new agent training program. We will open agencies or Branches in the Rio Grande Valley Roma to Brownsville. Right now we are very much interested in having some agencies in the Weslaco-Brownsville area.
This program allows you to establish a strong foundation for the future without all the expenses other small businesses incur. Additionally, Farmers offers financial assistance for the first two years of the Career Program, and the training and support of a business partner with over 80 years of experience.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition
- Successful track record in previous/current field of employment
- Responsible driving record
- Good credit history - No more than 3 charges off's
- No criminal convictions, felonies or misdemeanors within 10 years
- No bankruptcies within 3 years
- Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required
- College education is preferred but not requiered.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
- Having a way to sustain yourself in the initial stage of this business is a plus!
