Bilingual Japanese-Analyst-Credit Control at Drum Associates, Jersey City, NJ
To control and monitor Credit Facilities and related Conditions/Covenants and documents under the Asian Corporate Banking Department – ACBD Clients
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Credit Facility instructions for new , renewals, terminations, amendments, allocation adjustments et al as per approved credit applications for the Asian Corporate Banking Department – ACBD
- Validate the registration against Legal documents ( credit related documents such as Credit Agreement, Grid Notes, Pledges, Guarantees et al) delivered from ACBD Monitor Pending document books, and check them until the original docs delivered from JCG
- Monitor Pending document books for the receipt of the original documents delivered to ACBD, Monitor lower rating for customers – Daylight Overdraft Advance Product
- Monitor/Update all pertinent date in the Covenant Tracking Database
- Support preparation of various GM Discretionary Reports such as Conditions/Reports , Covenants et al
- Maintenance of the Collateral Time Deposits and Pledge Records for filing and systems. Includes preparation of monthly reports.
- Experience/Abilities:
- Knowledge of general commercial banking products (especially commercial lending required), and Loan Documentation.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, and Access) required.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience.
