• Full-time and Part-time positions
• Perfect attendance bonus
• Starting wage – Up to $10/hr
• Potential for a performance based increase after 60 days
• Third shift wage – Up to $10.50/hr
• Bi-lingual – Up to $12/hr.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with good attention to detail skills
• Great communications and interpersonal skills
• A sense of urgency and ability to follow through
• General maintenance knowledge (preferred)
• Experience working in a telephonic service center environment (preferred)
• Customer Service experience required
• Wants to work in service center environment
• Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate the internet while talking to the customer on the telephone
