Call Center Representative at Medix Staffing Solutions, Inc., Rockville, MD

Medix Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to work for a healthcare call center.The Call Center Representative will be taking inbound and making outbound calls. The Call Center Representative will be recording participant responses and providing information based on pre-determined scripts. The Call Center Representative will be producing reports for ongoing studies and acting as a support to the Call Center Team. The Call Center Representative candidate must have some sort of healthcare/medical background and be able to use medical terminology.

 

 

The ideal Call Center Representative will have the following experience:
 

• Must have at least 1 year of work experience

• Call center experience preferred.

• Strong communication skills both written and oral

• Bilingual in Spanish is a must

• Must have a flexibile schedule
