Position:Customer Service Rep II

JOB SUMMARY:
Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
Records details about customer inquiries.
Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
Additional Skills: Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Auto experience preferred
Dialer & call center experience preferred
Assertive with excellent communication skills
Proficient PC skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred, but not required: Familiar with ICAF, WEB phone, knowledge of the vehicle leasing process.
Knowledge of the dialer systems.
Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
