We are seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Spanish Account Manager that will contribute to our ongoing growth and success – one who will help MedAssurant create a footprint in the industry through hard work, high energy, and innovative thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge regarding MedAssurant’s products; serve as an subject matter expert on our complex IT solutions;
- Provide top-level support to a growing client base located in Puerto Rico - responsibilities will include the ability to speak and present in fully fluent Spanish;
- Collaborate with Senior Management, technical teams, and client service teams to present top notch service – from client integration through the finalization of client deliverables;
- Employ proactive consultation and issue resolution to manage client retention; identify potential and existing issues and partner with Senior Management to ensure client satisfaction;
- Prepare and execute meetings to address delivery expectations, progress, planning, outcomes, product education, issue resolution, etc.;
- Facilitate communication with the client to discuss expectations during and after the implementation process including a proactive approach on potential delays in the implementation; provide consultation and advice regarding short-term and long-term plans including action plans to resolve client implementation issues;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within MedAssurant’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.
- Analyze client needs and translate into new service offerings including the up-selling and cross-selling of the Company’s products and services; and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred), or related experience;
- Fluency in both the English and Spanish languages (including the ability to read, write, and speak);
- At least 5 years of client relationship/account management experience, preferably within health plan, disease management and/or risk adjustment clients;
- Aptitude to understand complex IT solutions;
- Superb problem solving skills to effectively convey client needs to colleagues and functions throughout the company;
- Ability to work independently and proactively;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; and
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
