Randstad is currently working with a dynamic Fortune 500 organization in efforts to assist them in looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative in Mahwah, New Jersey.

This is a Full Time 5 month temporary assignment lasting for 6 months

Pay for the position offers $12.00 hour

Must speak  French and or Spanish

SPANISH BILINGUAL-12pm  6pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
FRENCH BILINGUAL-9-6, 10-7-11-8, 12-9 which may include saturdays

• Handles inbound calls and provides quality customer service in accordance with standards and guidelines set by the department.
• Maintains adequate service levels, quality and productivity standards set by the department. Ensures exceptional customer service and quality customer care. Work within company guidelines to ensure that customers receive accurate timely and dependable assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year's experience in a business related environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced call center environment.
•  Excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal communication skills.
