                                    Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative
                                 ENTRY LEVEL - Long term position with opportunity for advancement
                                                                                      $12.00
       

JOB DUTIES:

Filing, faxing, copying, data entry, mailroom duties, possible customer follow up on the phone 

WORK SCHEDULE:

8AM -5PM, Monday thru Friday (will change slightly if promoted)

 

Training (approximately two weeks)

• Fast Track Curriculum & Assessments
• Web Based Training & Assessments
• Review and comprehend all applicable Operating Procedures
• Side by side training and coaching

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have great personality
• Able to get along with others
• Have to be organized and able to prioritize
• Good data entry skills
• Great communication skills (once promoted will be on the phones)
• Bilingual (Spanish)

 
Keep in mind this position is entry level with the possibility to be promoted into another department. This position is for the ideal bilingual (spanish) candidate that is looking for an entry level position that will have room for growth based on performance
